Weight: 67.2 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps, Treadmill - 10 Min Run, 5 Min Power Walk (2.18km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Low Carb Blueberry Muffin with Lite Cream Morning Tea: Unsalted Mixed Nuts Lunch: Tuna Mayo Salad, Strawberries & Lite Cream Afternoon Tea: 2 Low Carb Bacon, Cheese & Egg Muffins Dinner: Chicken Breast, Roasted Vegetables, Gravy Did alot of cooking last night and tonight, so there's plenty of tasty low carb snacks in the fridge now. Stops me from picking at other stuff.
