Weight: 66.4 Exercise: Day Off Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Bacon, 2 Fried Eggs Lunch: Large Piece Tasty Cheese Dinner: 1 Spicy Beef & Tomato Sausage, 2 Hamburgers, 1/2 boiled egg, coleslaw, salad, grated cheese Dessert: Strawberries & Light Cream, 1 bottle Champagne So my first day of low carb went really well. Had my sister and her lot over for a BBQ, so it was quite easy to stick to the plan.
