Weight: 67.0 Exercise: Treadmill - 25 Mins Running, 35 Mins Power Walking (8.23km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Milk & Splenda Morning Tea: 2 Butternut Snap Biscuits Late Morning Tea: White Bread Roll with W/W Margerine & Fat Reduced Cream Cheese Lunch: Toasted Sandwich with Banana & Splenda on Grain Bread, Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Mandarin Dinner: Tuna Mayo & Salad, 1 Bottle Champagne Late Snack: 1/2 Bag Salted Mixed Nuts So my last day with low fat food. Tomorrow begins the low carb regime. Bought the nuts to eat during the week, but they got opened by Nick and that was that. Sat watching TV munching through the rest of the bag!!
