Thursday 26th August

Weight: 67.2 Exercise: 20 Mins Cross Trainer (3.05km) 10 Mins Rowing Machine (2040m) 20 Mins Bike (8.4km) Food Intake: Breakfast: 1 Croissant, 1 Bowl Sultana Bran with Milk Morning Tea: Special K Cereal Bar Late Morning Tea: Banana Lunch: White Roll with Ham & Tomato, Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: 2 Mandarins Dinner: Shepherds Pie (minus Potato topping), Peas, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Roast Pumpkin Well I did it - I avoided the chocolate today!!! It was a hard slog though. Have decided to go back to Low Carb and see if it makes a difference. Not sure if this is the right thing to do but I'm going to start on Saturday and see if it changes anything.
