Exercise: Weights, Situps Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Banana & Golden Syrup Morning Tea: Sweet n Low Lolllies Lunch: Chicken & Pumpkin Risotto, 2 Pkts Mentos, Low Fat Choc Mousse Dinner:Chicken covered in Portugese Seasoning, Cous Cous, Coleslaw, 2 Glasses Champagne Day one of my new resolve - I got out of bed and went to the gym. I have not eaten any chocolate from the vending machine at work. It's a start! Those Sweet n Low lollies are now playing havoc with my stomach. It sounds like a little monster inside growling very loudly!! As I ate them this morning, it's been like this all day! Most embarrassing! And I think I went a little overboard with the Portugese seasoning on the chicken. I literally rolled the chicken breast in the seasoning and then fried it in some Olive Oil. Whooeee! Talk about a bit warm....I didn't realise that it was going to make my eyes water. I had to smother it in the coleslaw so that it wasn't so hot....that Champagne certainly got drunk quickly, that's for sure!
