Exercise: 30 Mins Treadmill (5.05km), 25 Mins Cross Trainer (4.37km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with banana & golden syrup Morning Tea: 2 Muesli Bars Lunch: Tuna Mayo & Cucumber on Grain Roll, S&V Rice Crackers Afternoon Tea: Banana Dinner: Tuna Mayo, Cous Cous, Coleslaw, De-Lite Caramel Pudding, WW Vanilla Custard I wanted to do an hour on the treadmill today, but the legs were having none of it. They felt very heavy and lethargic. As it was I could only run at 10kph to start with. I did increase it as I warmed up, but didn't get above 11kph. Maybe I'll do another run tomorrow..... As AGR mentioned, I've put up my Flickr photos. I haven't really done much with it and there are hardly any photos on it at the moment, but I'll endeavour to get some more up. I've got some that I've scanned from my childhood, teenage and early adult years. Good for a laugh if nothing else!! And thanks AGR for the compliment about my daughter. She definitely got the photogenic looks from Hubby. I do not photograph well - ever!
