Exercise: 30 Mins Treadmill (5.16km), 25 Mins Cross Trainer (4.34km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with banana & golden syrup Morning Tea: Anzac Biscuit, Oatmeal Biscuit, Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar Lunch: Chicken covered in Biryani Seasoning, Cous Cous, Low Fat Mayonnaise, Choc Cherry Muesli Bar Afternoon Tea: 2 pkts Mentos, Mini Blueberry Muffin, K Time Muffin Bar Dinner: Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup, 2 Grain Rolls with margerine, 2 Glasses Champagne I feel so much better about getting up for the gym now that I have a plan of what I'm going to do each day. I think it must have been the indecision of what to do when I got to the gym that was getting to me. I coated some Chicken in Biryani seasoning last night, and it tastes much nicer than the one that I did in the Portugese seasoning. Just need to find a seasoning that tastes like Chocolate and I'll be in heaven!! I haven't been able to post on any blogs over the last couple of days as I've moved to a new office which is directly outside my boss's office and I'm now much more aware of who can see what I'm doing on my PC, hence my lack of posting. I still manage to get a quick read in here and there, but I'm a bit paranoid that people are going to see that I'm not working. I'm so craving sweet stuff at the moment, hence the binge today. Don't really care what it is as long as it's sweet. I'd even eat Turkish Delight (which I detest) if it was offered to me right now. I'm going to try and envisage bananas, mandarines and strawberries tasting the same as cakes and muffins tomorrow!! I had a comment from somebody on Flickr saying that in one of my photos I look like Princess Diana. What do you think?
