Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge, Banana & Golden Syrup Morning Tea: Muesli Bar Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice Afternoon Tea: Banana Dinner: Chicken, Egg, Lettuce I seem to have had a drastic cut in food. Didn't actually feel like I wasn't eating as much, but when I wrote it down, there doesn't seem to be as much as I ususally eat in a day. All for the better I hope! I've got another 1/2 marathon on Sunday so I'm trying to take it a bit easy this week exercise wise! Just don't want to take it so easy that I'm not actually doing any exercise at all!!
