I've been tagged....

Beki has tagged me, so here's some answers to running questions. 1. What time of day do you run? During the week I run at 6am with Michelle and Beki if she can make it. On weekends it's normally a lay in - 8am! 2. What are your favourite runs? I love running in Sherbrooke Forest. It's so peaceful and the scenery is beautiful. 3. What is your favorite song to run to? Way too many to list, but mainly songs that have the same beat as my running gait and good sing a long songs i.e. Racey - Lay your love on me Fat Boy Slim - Kung Fu Fighting The Angels - Am I ever gonna see your face again Nancy Sinatra - These boots are made for Walking Cheap Trick - I want you to want me Outkast - Hey Ya The Sweet - Wig Wam Bam Soul Chip - Lets Rock The Beatles - Please Mr Postman 4. What book are you reading at the moment? Currently going back through old issues of Runners World and R4YL Magazines to find some good training tips. 5. When did you start running? Started taking running more seriously in 1994 when I met my best friend in the UK who became my running partner. 6. What's your post-race/post-run ritual? Hang around the start line until the race starts, then stretch after the race or run. 7. What do you eat before you run? Training runs - if early morning, maybe 1/2 a banana. Long runs I normally have a bowl of porridge with a sliced banana and golden syrup drizzled on top. 8. What's your favorite running accessory? Gav (My Garmin 301) 9. What's your motivation for running? (or why you first started running) My motivation has always been to keep my weight down, but since I've met Michelle and all the people from the Ausrun Forum, it's also a great social meet up and I've met some lovely new friends. 10. What are your running shoes? Currently wearing Saucony Hurricane Grid 6's and have another new pair stashed under the bed, along with a brand new pair of 7's which I've just bought! 11. What is your next running goal? Next goal is to complete the Puffing Billy Race, and then get the first 1/2 marathon for the year (Great Ocean Road) under my belt.
