Tuesday 4th April (Afternoon)
Exercise: Weights (Chest) Wow, that's 2 days in a row that I've been to the gym in my lunch hour (well 45 minutes really). For some reason it's just much more motivating to think that it's only going to take 25 minutes to do the workout. I haven't been to the gym and done weights for a month and it really felt like it as well. I've lost alot of my muscle tone and also alot of strength. I actually had to take some weight off the bar to do my chest presses as it was just too uncomfortable and I was struggling. Hopefully it won't take too long to get back to where I was last month. And I've been back to that charity box again....aaghhh!
