Monday 10th April
Exercise: Gym - Weights (Shoulders) I'm going to try and get to the gym every day this week during my lunch time (except Friday of course!). I've had a bit of a GOOGLE and I've now got a nice list of weight exercises for each muscle group so I won't get bored as I can just mix them up. Legs not feeling too bad after yesterday's run either, which is a good sign. And a big cheer because all of the charity chocolate at work is gone!!!! (thanks to me who bought the last Caramello Koala!!).
