Weight: 67.0 Exercise: Treadmill - 30 Mins Running, 30 Mins Power Walking (8.52km) Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Fried Eggs, 2 Slices Bacon Morning Tea: Cheese & Mixed Nuts Lunch: 2 Low Carb Sausages, Coleslaw, Strawberries & Cream Dinner: 1 Low Carb Sausage, 1 Bacon, Cheese & Egg Muffin Scales still haven't moved!! But at least I'm eating better and I'm not cheating at all!!
