Exercise: 10k Fun Run Food Inake: Detox Day 21 Breakfast: Porridge with Banana Lunch: 2 Slices Gluten/Wheat Free Toast with Margerine Afternoon Tea: Rice Crackers Dinner: 2 Steamed Dim Sims, Chips, 2 Glasses Champagne, 3/4 (large) Bag M&M's I feel sick. Dinner was a total over indulgence of food that I haven't eaten for 3 weeks. But it's over now. Don't need it anymore. Back to good eating. Got it out of the system now. Fun run was fantastic. See post below. Want to do it again. I'm going to do the Lap of the Lake next.
