Exercise: 30 Min Crosstrainer (5.18km), 25 Min Treadmill - 10 Min Power walk, 15 Min Run (3.81km) Food Intake: Day 9 Detox Breakfast: Porridge with Banana Morning Tea: SaKaTa Rice Crackers Lunch: Kashmir Chicken, Brown Rice, Muesli Bar Afternoon Tea: Banana Dinner: 3 Slices Gluten Free, Wheat Free Bread, 1 Banana I've ditched putting honey on my porridge. I really don't like the taste of honey so have decided that I don't need it. The banana is very filling mixed in with the porridge anyway so honey seemed unnecessary. I'm a bit concerned. I got on the scales this morning and I'm back up. Not sure why either as I've been working flat out at the gym for the last week. I may have to look at my portion sizes and see if I can cut them down a bit. I'm also not sure if I should be eating so much rice. That may also be part of the problem. And let's not forget the snacks that I've been devouring either. Not buying any more of those so maybe that'll make a difference too. I'm not going to weigh myself now until Saturday so I'll say no more until then!!
