Exercise: 1 Hr Treadmill Run (10.32km) Food Intake: Day 2 Detox Breakfast: Porridge with Banana & Honey, glass of warm lemon water Morning Tea: Carrot Sticks Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice with Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots, Green Beans, Egg, Banana Afternoon Tea: Muesli Bar Dinner: Chicken, Stir Fried Brussel Sprouts Broccoli, Cauliflower mixed with Low Fat Ricotta Cheese Well another day down, 19 more to go!! Think I need to be looking in some cook books for different ways to cook vegetables. I still haven't found it too difficult to stick to this detox, but I'm definitely feeling a little anxious about the weekend, as that's the time I normally splurge and eat lots of junky food and drink lots of alcohol! Might even have a slice of the wheat & gluten free bread tomorrow....something exciting to look forward to!!
