Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: 1 Slice Grain toast with Margerine Morning Tea: Bag of Picnic Chocettes, 2 White Bread rolls with margerine Lunch: 8 Lite Biscuits Dinner: Chicken Fried Rice, Herb Foccacia, 2 Lite Biscuits I went to work this morning, but was advised (and almost pushed out the door) to go home as I'm still feeling crappy. So another stop at the supermarket to pick up my chocolate fix was achieved on the way home. I did get on the scales today and luckily all this chocolate doesn't seem to have done any damage (yet), but I think it's more likely the lack of exercise is what's done the damage. Muscle loss!
