Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Large packet Choc Bullets Lunch: Muesli Bar Dinner: Pasta Bolognese, 3/4 Herb Foccacia This cold thing is getting worse, not better. I'm looking for excuses to go to the supermarket at the moment so that I can pick up my chocolate fix for the day! I've finally had a shower (have managed to get out of bed!). I'm so glad I didn't have to get out of the car when I dropped my daughter off at school this morning as you would have smelt me a mile off!! It's amazing how all our normal hygenic routine goes right out of the window when we don't feel well! Might head back to work tomorrow! Getting a bit concerned about the run on Sunday.....do I forfeit or just do it anyway?
