Friday 26th August

Exercise: 30 Mins Treadmill (5.25km), 30 Mins Cross Trainer (4.65km) Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Grain Toast with margarine Morning Tea: Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar, Neenish Tart Lunch: Tuna Mayo Grain Roll, Low Fat Choc Mousse, Vanilla Slice Afternoon Tea: Mandarine, kTime Muffin Bar Dinner: Tuna Mayo Grain Roll, Choc Cherry Muesli Bar, 1 JD & Diet Coke Well I made it through another day eating a whole lot of crap. I stress out about it and it becomes even worse. I know what my trigger is....going to the supermarket. I always seem to be able to make an excuse to go to the supermarket so that I can buy the junky food. Even if it's not that junky (KTime Bars, Low Fat Muesli Bars), I still have it all in my drawer at work, so from now on if I do buy it, it will sit in my pantry at home. That way I'll only take to work what I need to eat, rather than having the option of eating whatever's in my drawer. The cakes today were because we had a Morning Tea meeting, where work provides loads, and I mean loads of cakes. I tried to just have something small i.e the Neenish Tart, but then the piggy instinct took over and I grabbed a Vanilla Slice as I was leaving the room so that I had something nice to eat for lunch too. Will I ever learn to eat properly??
