Exercise: 15 Mins Rower (3032M), 15 Mins Bike (1.79km), 15 Mins Treadmill - Walking (1.89km), Situps Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Grain Toast with Raspberry Jam Morning Tea: Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar, 2 Pkts Mentos Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice, Punnet Strawberries, Pkt Honey & Soy Chicken Chips Afternoon Tea: K Time Bar Dinner: Tuna Mayo on Grain Roll, Cous Cous & Tuna Mayo (mixed together) I'm spiraling out of control at the moment with my food. I'm having a lot of problems saying NO to food. I think one of the reasons that I'm eating so much is that I'm not very busy at work and I'm bored. As I'm now in an area of the office where everyone can see my screen, I can't waste my time by surfing the internet, so instead I end up looking for food. I went to the supermarket on Monday and bought a lot of food to put in my drawer, so it's been easy to just grab something out of there. I filled my car up with petrol yesterday and while I was waiting in the queue to pay, I grabbed a bag of the Red Rock Deli Honey Soy Chips. To say that they were very moorish is an understatement. I probably could have eaten a large bag if I'd bought one. Luckily it was only the small bag. It's just as well that I've been to the gym every day this week as it may combat a little bit of the destruction that I'm doing to myself.
